Back in April, I had the great pleasure of photographing the Wentz family as they refreshed their family photos. Donna is a breast cancer survivor and I was so astounded by her sheer joy at doing like taking photos with her family--a task the men folk would have gladly skipped.
While I took a while to get around to sharing this awesome family, I felt like October, being Breast Cancer Awareness month, was the perfect time. This session was actually part of a breast cancer awareness fundraiser, a cause close to my heart as I lost my great-grandmother to breast cancer and I know many women who have been affected by it.
So, this will also be a PSA. Ladies, please go get checked. You never want to wait when you think something may be wrong.
Now, enjoy this adorable family and the love and joy a cancer survivor exudes.
