Wow, I am really bad at keeping my blog up to date! I promise that it's something I'm working on this year!
2019 is going to be a big year! Not only is it my second full year in business, but it's a year of expansion and growth! One of the big things in the growth department is the start of "Styled Shoots with DoubleStar Photography." I realize just how many people are putting together styled shoots, but it was something that I felt that I needed to do for me and for some of the up and coming photographers in the area.
We had our first one on February 18th, and despite a large number of hiccups, I felt as though it went pretty well.
Last minute, we lost our models, but my sister-in-law and her husband were super kind to step up and fill in for me! We were rained on, and no one who signed up to come and shoot actually showed up. Despite all of that, I was able to step back and realize that everything happens for a reason. And so, without further ado, enjoy the photos from my not so subtly nerd styled shoot!
